listen. create. advocate.

“I have spent countless hours pondering what exactly it means to be me.  Because for a very long time, I performed as someone else, someone who wasn’t me. Since then, I have strived to fill my life with authenticity. My name is Micah Rose Audycki. I picked this name for myself because it evokes confidence and strength - it reminds me to be truthful to myself and to value my experiences. I’m a queer and trans individual who’s passionate and determined. I search to form deep connections, continually learn and create a better world together.

Social advocacy is a huge part of my life and who I am. I have been promoting equity and social transformation since I was very young. In high school, I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to dismantling the systems that continue to wrong people and leave so many suffering. I advocate using art, design, and communication. All of my work, regardless of content, is thoroughly researched to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and inclusivity. I pride myself in including diverse representation, inclusive language, utilizing accessibility tools, and being well-researched. I prioritize making space for other’s voices and using my voice to amplify others through comprehensive communication.

I am an advocate, student, creative, lover, and friend. I am Micah.”
